An extremely wonderful weather with a wonderful places to visit and of course, wonderful food!
A much awaited, anticipated trip after 2 years of isolation, high key excitement surrounds us.
It’s still a surreal feeling till now.
Our fourth retreat for results 2015 – Hua Hin!
The sun, the sand and the sea and most importantly, a great get-together with our colleagues, thinking nothing but play!
Happy Richwell Sports Day!
We had a wonderful day of team bonding, interaction and most importantly...FUN!
In true Richwell spirit, an exhilarating day of sport activities were planned for everybody to participate.
Through various games such as Ready-Set-Pose and water relay, each team displayed excellent team cohesiveness and chemistry!
With Richwell enthusiastic and energetic culture, our bonding grew further as we engaged in the activities!
Alone we can do so little, together we can do so much!
After a long hiatus, it was time to get the adrenaline pumping again, this time we chose to do something challenging like playing Games to acquire properties island wide.
The Game in question is called Monopoly Dash .. it required skills or physical prowess and being competitive by nature, we all rose up to the challenge.. it was a day well spent !
This year our theme for the night is Denim Nite! Everyone is having so much fun and laughter throughout the night ending with lucky draw.
We went tufting at this super cosy studio in the heart of Singapore for our very first rug tufting experience.
Tufting an exact replica of our favourite design into a rug is not that tuft afterall, we must say !
This is just one of lifestyle concierge Richwell Global Forwarding's many fun experiences, where we can make the ordinary extraordinary.
Another meaningful event with the team to visit the elderly!
A big shoutout to all our colleagues and Edward, who had spent their time practicing daily during lunch hours and volunteering for the event.
Our ardours efforts have paid off as we saw countless smiles, thankfulness and even some tears of joy from the residents.
Here are some photos taken during our charity event.
Thanks to everyone in the team who is ever so sporting and supportive, which makes the last quarter event in 2018 a successful one. Our First Sports’ Day – a day which everyone goes all out to help their team win the games and matches, and at the end of the day there’s one thing we can remember– the joy of spending time together. What a victory moment for keepsake.
“Anyone who stops learning is old, whether at twenty or eighty. Anyone who keeps learning stays young.” – Henry Ford
Every quarter, the committee bonds everyone through different activities and the team always managed to make us step out of our comfort zone.
Prior to the event, many had concerns about how art is not exactly our strong forte, but the art class turns out fun and therapeutic.
The photos definitely captured the objectives of why our quarterly event existed in the first place.
Let’s continue to learn and grow together!
Join us at our company charity event where we unite for a meaningful cause. This special occasion underscores our dedication to creating a positive impact in our community. Through charity activities to celebrating the spirit of giving, we aim to support those in need and foster stronger team bonds.
Together, we can make a difference, inspire others with kindness and generosity, and create lasting memories that reflect our shared values. Let's come together to make the world a better place.
As the Government continually stresses on the importance of “work-life balance”, Richwell signed our employees for a 6 km charity run on 21 June 2014. This run is a get-together to encourage all staff to stay fit despite our busy work schedule. We also had the honour to be acknowledged by our Deputy Prime Minister/ Minister of Finance & Manpower, Mr Tharman Shanmugaratnum.
Fancy an adrenaline-filled excitement with fast moving cars without having to consider a driving license?
Richwell’s quarter 2 event this year brings everyone to a fun and interactive drive, similar to that of the Formula 1 race.
With courses laid out like a typical race track, everyone had an unforgettable moment driving at top speeds.
Now, who says one can’t speed? Well. Richwell can!
As we welcome the Year of the Dragon, building new bonds and fostering the older ones, we look forward to facing new challenges together and upholding our one belief together …
Forwarding Excellence..
This year, we headed out to Hong Kong over a weekend, giving everyone in the company a well-deserved break for their hard work in 2013.
As the Lunar New Year celebrations falls within the Covid period, posing much inconvenience to many, the team at Richwell decided to surprise needy families with our very own goody bags. We wanted to bring them hope and happiness during this festive season! Seeing the joyous smiles on their faces brings us such immense joy! Till then, everyone please Stay safe, stay healthy!
Everyone had a heart popping session where we had to hold a ¾ cup filled water and race down trails competing against each other in 2 teams.
The aim is to encourage one other to clear the obstacle set in front of us, racing against time and minimizing spillage of water.
From this event, everyone can see that Richwell is a dynamic team, working hand in hand against all odds.
Everyone can master the choreography of the entire song by the end of the class. That’s what we were promised from the dance instructor, Farhan, from Project Dance Fitness!
We brought everyone to showcase their dance moves through our 3rd Quarter Event on 05 August 2017, where it’s a combination of fun dance and fitness in the 90 minutes class. The class was quickly pumped up by the high-intensity, non-stop jam session that have us jumping, squatting, smiling, and sweating profusely within the first 90 seconds and up until the very last move of class.
The choreography was introduced piece-by-piece, which is perfect for us to enjoy the dance routines. While some struggled with the dance steps, we decided to just go with the flow, have a good time, and sweat it out to the song from Justin Timberlake’s (Can’t stop the Feeling) while doing our best to pick up Farhan’s routines.
Guess who now can proudly say that they can dance? Everyone!

Height is not everybody’s best friend, but encouragement from friends definitely helps.
Through this event, we learnt that moral support allowed everyone to succeed in overcoming the obstacles & reaching our goals.
The strength and perseverance needed to reach the top was challenging as it took a toll on us both mentally and physically but the view from the top was always rewarding!
Stay focus on your goal, and one day it will reward you fruitfully.
The Team rejoiced as the Management announced the retreat destination of 2019 – Japan.
This trip will stay as a constant reminder that so long we stay committed to our goals and vision, we will achieve it together one day.
Together with our principal company, Rejoice Container Services and other subsidiaries, Richwell Global Forwarding attended this year’s dinner at Orchard, Takashimaya. The food was delicious and it was a great get-together with everyone in the Group attending the event. Best of all, Richwell Global Forwarding became a big winner of the annual lucky draw!
Nothing beats ending 2022 with a fulfilling charity event!! Together with ACRES(NGO), we had such a wonderful and meaningful time
We removed unwanted weeds and revamped the enclosures with new decorations for our exotic iguanas; cleaned the outdoor spaces and also repainted the walls for our cute monkeys and friendly snakes.
A big appreciation to all the volunteers whom contributes to providing a better environment for the wildlife animals and putting a stop to animal trafficking!
We landed at Koh Samui for our retreat this year.
A year of snorkelling, trekking, shopping & loads of fun & food!
Staff of Richwell offered personal time on a Saturday afternoon to help out at a carnival for the less privileged & the public. The event was organized by Food From The Heart, an non profitable organization that reaches out to the less fortunate through food distribution programmes. The carnival aims to raise funds for the organization
A visit to a local kelong (fish farm) on an idyllic morning, taking a step back from our busy work day, everyone at Richwell spent the day indulging in a relaxing day with water sports, card games, not forgetting tasting some heavenly food from our hosts at the fish farm.
For some, it was their first time trying out jet skiing, fishing and kayaking.
Most of them were enjoying their time at the kelong, exclaiming “Not bad for a first timer after all… !!”
A relaxed atmosphere for the first event of the year drives away office stress, spreading fun & laughter. We also had some time chatting & mingling around outside the boundaries of the office during dinner, allowing everyone to know everyone better. We also managed to find out who are the talented singers amongst us that night!
As hard as we work, we also strive to contribute back to community by volunteering for charity events.
We had the pleasure to meet up with these budding artists and the opportunity to partake and be exposed to their talents.
Definitely a meaningful event to end 2015!
Volunteering is extending of oneself to achieve happiness of others.
As we are approaching the last chapter of 2016, the company took a relaxing and energizing escape from our day-to-day routine of work and commitments through volunteering! We hope that through such sharing and volunteering experiences, it enables us to have a renewed creativity, motivation, and vision that can carry over into our personal and professional life.
This year, we kickstart by volunteering to bring a group of elderly to have some fun at the aquarium at Sentosa.
All of us had plenty of fun interacting with the old folks, watching fishes and ending with loads of yummy lunch after the trip to the aquarium.
And, our new motto for Richwell: Alone we can do so little, together, we can do so much!
It was definitely a fulfilling & eventful day for everyone to start the new year!
“As part of the exciting series of team bonding activities, Richwell colleagues came together to create a beautiful mural that signifies their hopes and wishes for Richwell in the upcoming new year!
The team first got together to brainstorm Richwell’s vision for 2024. We then shook things up by getting colleagues to exchange their ideas and paint each other’s vision (instead of their own)! The mural was then pieced together, forming our collective vision and motivations for the year ahead.
This meaningful activity concludes the team bonding series for this year, and we are excited to see what great heights Richwell can achieve in the new year!”
This year’s sports day was filled with adrenaline, fun and laughter.
We broke the into 2 teams (Blue and White) for an amazing race.
The event started out at vivo city with clues and activities awaits the participants.
The end of the race led them to Siloso beach where the teams competed intensely with a series of games to determined who is the ultimate winner.
With a point system in play, the white team emerged victorious and was award gold medals. The blue team was awarded the Silver medals.
The activity ended with a buffet lunch to fill up the efforts from both teams.
The event was a success with fun and laughter and more importantly, team bonding.
Thank you to everyone who joined us for the event! Your energy and enthusiasm made it a memorable trip.
Let’s keep the momentum going as we continue to achieve great things together!
Green Fingers For Some and First Timers for many… The art of putting something into Tiny Glass bottles is a handful but yet pose
many interesting situations for us all, on a common ground, “how to make my item stand out ??” It was an exhilarating experience and upon completion, these
pieces of art are now sitting in our offices on display, brightening our days :)
‘Coming together is a beginning. Staying together is progress, and Working together is Success.” - Unknown
Pens and paper aside, time for mud, dirt and paint! It’s wartime!
Despite the rainy weather, we went ahead with our paintball event game.
With 125 paintballs loaded in our guns for every round, we are spilt to two different teams and sent out to the battlefield.
Like a game of chess, we trained ourselves to think quickly and be decisive.
Teamwork and determination, not merely strength, speed or agility, are keys to success in the sport.
After 2.5 hours of awesomeness, we had one clear winner – Richwell.
The excellent cooperation, encouragement & persistence emitting from every individual, opponent or not, reflected a touching sense of humanity.
Well done everyone!
This year’s overseas retreat voted by majority – Taiwan. We had a lot of local delights & did a fair bit of shopping. We also travelled to the renowned Shi Fen to send our wishes to the Almighty via sky lanterns. May all our wishes come true!!
“You have never really lived until you have done something for someone who can never repay you” – quoted by ‘Unknown’
While most are sound asleep, Richwell was in the midst a massive bustling kitchen prepping food for the less fortunate at 6.30am Saturday.
As we entered, some of us got a little worried as we passed by huge pots stirred with a ladle the size of a golf club – most of us are ladies with delicate arms. Thankfully, we were assigned to the breezy work of chopping cabbages, peeling potatoes and packing. And what humorous sight it was; watching our male colleagues donning hairnets for the first time!
We slogged it out for 2.5 hours straight but had a blast doing it together as one family. It was a refreshing change moving away from staring at our computer screens 5 days a week to looking at baskets of cabbages and chopping them (haha)
Despite the sweat and grind, it was a humbling experience and each of us walked out with a sense of gratefulness, growth and a fresh perspective in our view of life.
What a perfect way to end 2017!
Richwell first ever BBQ Night - Nothing beats a cosy gathering with food, boost and games.
The team had lots of fun barbequing, playing card games, lounging at the chalet as we stayed late enjoying each’s company.
Ever heard of “Poolball”? The Richwell Team embarked on a novel team-building experience where we got to team up and try out pool ball – a combination of pool and football that got us sweating it out with a good workout!
We also got to try our hand at archery, which seemed way harder than expected. With focus and perseverance, we were able to master the sport! Everyone enjoyed themselves thoroughly after a fun day out.
